Crates per week, and which days you need them. If you are not sure yet, give us your best estimate and we will work from it.

Honestly. If your volume is above what we can reliably supply every week, we will say so rather than over-promise and disappoint you in month two.

We agree a price and a delivery day
Contract pricing is set for an agreed period so you can plan your own costs, with a review point rather than surprise increases.

You get the same thing every week
Same day, same volume, date-marked. If anything is going to change, you hear it from us before it happens.
A note on what we will not do
We will not take a contract we cannot fill. Our layer house has a finite capacity, and committing beyond it would mean buying eggs from elsewhere and passing them off as ours. We do not do that. If we cannot supply your volume, we will tell you — and where we can, point you to someone who can.
